A few month back I have bought 9 Danske Landrace Høns in Køge, 3 Black long legged and 6 Brown Lutter.
I posted the picture on a Dansk Landrace page and they told me that the black ones are not Dansk Landrace :( After researching some more it might be possible they are the Rosecomb Bantam hens :( I was cheated!!!

Brown Lutter and the black cock;

I will need to get one male Dansk Landrace for the 6 Lutter Høne. Do you know anyone around Køge or in Stevns Kommune who has one?
Thanks for helping :)

These are not Danske Landhøns or Rosecomb Bantam.
It would be a bad Hamborgere or Rheinländer.
-
I would say there are Hamborgere - Black.
-
Tak! So you think its a Hamburger Black. Why do you say its a "bad Hamburer"? Is there something wrong with him? One thing is sure; the Black Hamburger females are good egg layers, they even laid eggs in the winter when I firt got them :)
Do you think the brown females are Dansk Landrace?

The brown hens look like danske landhøns.

Thank you Henriette. I actually found on the dba a guy selling 6 Dansk Landrace females. When I went to buy them he told me that he also has 3 black Danish Landrace if I want to buy them so I did. Any way Im glad I'v got the Hamburger hens because the more I read about them the more I like them for their egg laying ability and they are very hardy + they dont eat that much.
As for the Dansk Landrace I will need to buy a Cock very soon. Anyone has a tip where to find one please tell :)
Tak

For information is dansk landrace a pig breed and the chicken breed is called danske landhøns

Anyway, your Black hamborger cock is a beauty ;)

Thanks Lene you are absolutely right :)
Thank you Mette, he sure is a nice Cockerel and he is a big gentleman. When I throw some larvae from the garden into the coop he never ever ate it but instead takes it into his beek and makes a calling sound and as soon chicks come close he drops it so they can eat it :D I love him to bits! I have separated the Hamborger Høns into their own coop so I can breed both races.
